The Risk & Analytics module helps identify students who may be at risk based on attendance, grades, discipline, and fee signals.
Risk Engine
YeneSchool's early-warning risk engine monitors multiple signals:
| Signal | Description |
|---|---|
| Attendance | Low attendance rate triggers a warning |
| Grades | Declining grades trigger a warning |
| Discipline | Multiple discipline incidents trigger a warning |
| Fees | Outstanding fees trigger a warning |
Risk Dashboard
- Navigate to Risk & Analytics in the sidebar
- View the Risk Overview dashboard
- See at-risk students with their risk level
- Drill down to see individual risk details
- Track risk trends over time
Risk Categories
- Low Risk — One signal triggered
- Medium Risk — Two signals triggered
- High Risk — Three or more signals triggered
Trend Tracking
- View historical risk data
- Compare trends across classes and terms
- Export risk reports as CSV
TIP The Director Dashboard shows risk indicators in the KPI cards. Click on at-risk students to see their full profile.
