Setting Up Push Notifications
- Log in to YeneSchool in your browser or the installed app.
- When prompted, click Allow on the browser permission dialog to enable push notifications.
- If you missed the prompt, go to Profile → Notification Preferences and click Enable Push Notifications.
Managing Your Preferences
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Notification Preferences.
- Toggle each channel (Push, Email, SMS, Telegram) on or off.
- Choose which events you want to be notified about per channel.
- Click Save Preferences.
!TIP Enable SMS for absences even if you rarely use the app — SMS works without a smartphone and ensures you are always informed when your child does not arrive at school.
!NOTE SMS and Telegram notifications depend on your school's configuration. If these options are greyed out, the school has not yet activated those channels. Contact your school administrator.
