Report Cards

End-of-term report cards are published by the school once teachers have finalised all grades and the director has approved them. As a parent, you can view and download your child's report card directly from YeneSchool — no need to collect a paper copy.

Viewing a Report Card

1. Log in and go to the Parent Dashboard.
2. From the sidebar, select Grades or your child's profile, then click Academic Results.
3. On the Academic Results page, use the term selector dropdown to pick the term whose report card you want to view.
4. The published report card for that term loads automatically, showing:
   • Subject names and assessment scores
   • Total score and grade letter per subject
   • GPA, class rank, and overall performance
   • Teacher and director remarks (if included)

!NOTE If the report card is not yet visible, the school has not published it yet. Published report cards appear automatically once the school releases them — you may also receive a push notification.

Downloading as PDF

1. Open the Academic Results page for your child.
2. Click the Download PDF button in the top-right corner.
3. The report card PDF is generated and saved to your device's downloads folder.

!TIP The PDF is formatted for printing. Take it to any print shop to produce an official-looking paper copy if the school requires one for a file or application.

Fee Payment Requirement

!WARNING Report cards may be locked if your child has an outstanding fee balance for that term. The message "Results are locked until fees are paid" will appear instead of the scores. Visit the Fees & Payments section to settle any balance and then refresh the page.

Checking for Top Rankings

If your child finishes in the top 3 of their class, YeneSchool shows a congratulations message the first time you open their results. The class rank is displayed on the summary card alongside GPA.
