Viewing Grades

How to view your child's subject scores, assessment breakdown, and overall performance trend in YeneSchool.

Viewing Grades

YeneSchool lets you see how your child is performing in every subject — including individual assessment scores — so you can have informed conversations with teachers and support your child at home.

Opening the Grades Page

  1. Log in and go to the Parent Dashboard.
  2. From the sidebar, click Grades, or open your child's profile and select Academic Results.
  3. Choose a term from the dropdown at the top right — or select All Terms for a combined view.

!WARNING Grades are only visible if your child has no outstanding fee balance for that term. If results appear locked, contact the school finance office to resolve any pending payment.

Understanding the Summary Cards

At the top of the Academic Results page you will see four summary cards:

CardWhat It Shows

Total SubjectsNumber of subjects assessed this term
Overall PerformanceExcellent / Good / Needs Improvement

Subject-by-Subject Breakdown

The main table lists every subject with columns for each assessment type (Continuous Assessment, Mid-term, Final Exam) plus a Total Score and Grade Letter.

GradeScore RangeDescription
A80 – 100%Excellent
B60 – 79%Good
C50 – 59%Average

Performance Chart

A radar chart on the right side of the page visualises your child's scores across all subjects at once. Subjects with a wider area on the chart are subjects where your child is performing well.

!TIP Compare radar charts across different terms to spot subjects where your child is improving or needs extra attention.
