Siren / Bell Management

Configure school bell schedules and siren management with hardware webhook support. YeneSchool integrates with hardware systems for automated bell scheduling.

Creating Bell Schedules

1. Navigate to Siren Management in the sidebar
2. Click Create Schedule
3. Set the details:
   • Schedule Name — e.g., "Regular Schedule"
   • Days — Monday through Friday
   • Period Times — Link to period times from the timetable
   • Bell Times — When bells should ring
4. Click Save

Hardware Webhooks

YeneSchool supports hardware webhooks for physical bell systems:

1. Navigate to Siren Management → Webhooks
2. Add webhook URLs for your hardware system
3. Test the connection
4. Click Save

Period Time Integration

Bell schedules are automatically linked to period times from the timetable:

• When a period starts, the bell rings
• When a period ends, the bell rings
• Break periods have separate bell configurations

NOTE Bell schedules are per-branch. Each branch can have its own bell schedule and hardware webhook configuration.
