YeneSchool provides a centralized reporting suite that aggregates operational, academic, attendance, and financial data into exportable tables and interactive visual charts.
Types of Available Reports

Running Data Consistency & Health Checks
To prevent data issues (such as unassigned students, duplicate enrollments, or missing grades prior to report card generation):
- Navigate to Director → Reports → Data Quality.
- Click Run Health Diagnostic.
- The system scans for common anomalies:
- Students without assigned sections
- Subjects missing assigned teachers
- Incomplete grade entries before end-of-term deadlines
- Unbalanced timetable period allocations
- Click Resolve next to any detected issue to jump straight to the fix screen.
!TIP Always run the Data Quality Diagnostic one week before generating end-of-term report cards to catch any missing grades early.
